The H310 uses a capillary thermostat rather than an electronic probe: a fluid-filled bulb in the cavity expands against a switch. When that bulb loses its charge the oven either sits cold or runs away hot, and there is no error code to say so. Diagnosing one of these is a matter of comparing the cavity against a calibrated thermometer, and the repair, when it is the thermostat, is self-contained.
