What F16 Means
F16 means the dryer has been trying to reach its target temperature for longer than the control board allows and has timed out rather than continuing indefinitely.

- Restricted or blocked exhaust venting
- Failed heating element unable to reach target temperature
- Failed temperature sensor giving an inaccurate reading
