A thermal fuse does not fail on its own – it fails because something made the machine too hot. On the T8033C that is nearly always a lint restriction somewhere between the filter and the condenser. Replacing the fuse and leaving the cause in place simply produces the same failure a few loads later, which is why a proper repair on this model always includes finding and clearing the restriction.
