The M2224SC is a compact unit often installed in a secondary kitchen or a utility area, where it may be used lightly for years and then heavily for a period. That intermittent duty produces its own pattern: appliances that sit idle develop stiff mechanisms and dried lubricants, so a microwave brought back into service after a long break sometimes needs attention that a continuously used one would not.
