A word of caution specific to the T7744C and its siblings: the condenser block can be damaged by cleaning it too aggressively. The aluminum fins bend easily, and a block that has been attacked with a brush or a jet of water can end up more restrictive than it was when dirty. Rinsing gently in the direction of the fins is the right technique, and it is worth saying because the damage is permanent.
