Check that no other fixture (like a washing machine on the same line) is running simultaneously and dropping household water pressure during the fill.

- A recurring F13 needs the flow-meter sensor tested directly to confirm it's actually failing rather than a temporary pressure dip elsewhere in the house.
- The flow meter sits inline with the water supply, and testing or replacing it means working with a live water connection.
- Assuming it's just low household pressure when the sensor itself has failed means the fault keeps recurring cycle after cycle.
