What F67 Means
Both documents give F67 as circulation pump speed too low. The pump is turning, but not fast enough — which is why the usual complaint is dishes that come out only partly clean rather than a machine that stops. It is a pump code, not a water intake code; intake has its own numbers, F12, F13 and F15.
Common Causes of F67
- Debris partially obstructing the pump impeller
- Pump motor bearings worn after long service
- Spray arms or their nozzles restricted, loading the pump
- Motor control on the electronics not driving the pump fully
🔧 One Safe Check You Can Try
Pull out the filter combination and rinse it, then check that the spray arms spin freely by hand and that their jets are not blocked with scale or seed husks. A pump working against a restricted spray path is one way it ends up running slow.
⚠ Why You Shouldn't Go Further Than That
- A pump that is slow rather than stopped is harder to judge than one that has failed, and it has to be measured under load.
- Reaching the impeller means going past the filters into the pump housing, where broken glass often turns out to be the obstruction.
- Replacing a sound pump because the real restriction was in the spray path is a costly and avoidable mistake.
Opening a panel to inspect or repair something yourself doesn't automatically cancel your manufacturer's warranty — but it can risk accidental damage, and some manufacturers do have specific service conditions. Check your product's warranty terms, or ask us, before deciding.
